1. Service Description

TTPost is a social media management platform that allows users to:

TTPost uses official platform APIs with OAuth 2.0 authorization. Users must authorize TTPost to act on their behalf through each platform's official authorization flow.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To use TTPost, you must:

• Register for an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Authorization & API Usage

When connecting social media accounts to TTPost:

• You authorize TTPost to post content on your behalf using official APIs
• TTPost will only perform actions you explicitly request (posting, scheduling)
• You can revoke authorization at any time through your account settings or the platform's settings
• TTPost stores access tokens securely and uses them only for authorized purposes
• We never ask for or store your social media passwords

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with all terms of service of connected platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads)
• Only post content you have the right to share
• Not post illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content
• Not use TTPost for spam, automated abuse, or policy violations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to bypass platform restrictions or rate limits

5. Acceptable Use Policy

TTPost must not be used for:

• Posting spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Automated scraping or data harvesting
• Circumventing platform safeguards or restrictions
• Violating any laws or third-party rights
• Posting malware, phishing, or harmful content
• Impersonating others or providing false information

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you post through TTPost. By using the service, you grant TTPost permission to:

• Store your content temporarily for posting purposes
• Transmit your content to authorized platforms via their APIs
• Process content for scheduling and delivery

TTPost does not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

7. Data & Privacy

• We are not liable for actions taken by connected platforms
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service (if any) in the past 12 months

10. Platform Compliance

Users must comply with the terms of service and policies of all connected platforms, including but not limited to:

• TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Facebook Terms of Service and Community Standards
• Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Threads Terms and Policies

Violations may result in termination of your TTPost account and revocation of API access.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You violate platform policies or terms
• Your account poses a security risk
• Required by law or platform requirements

You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms
